From Overwhelming Project to One-of-a-Kind Estate
What began as a neglected 60-year-old farmhouse on 30 acres became a modern organic estate designed around the family’s lifestyle. After sub-dividing the land and selling 15 acres to help fund the renovation, we transformed the remaining property with a complete interior rebuild, custom walnut cabinetry, a spa-inspired primary suite, guest quarters and a restored original barn—preserving the land’s character while creating a home built for generations.

What began as a kitchen remodel became a complete transformation of this 3,500+ square-foot Midtown Tulsa home. We addressed structural challenges, reimagined the kitchen and living spaces, installed custom white-oak cabinetry and two 12-foot sliding doors, and created a private wellness center with a sauna. A redesigned primary suite, new windows, flooring, exterior finishes, and outdoor living spaces completed the transformation—allowing the family to keep the neighborhood they loved while gaining a home built around their lifestyle.
